Vitor Belfort and Wanderlei Silva Are The New “TUF: Brazil” Coaches

On 12th december 2011 , Dana White said at the press conference in Rio de Janeiro that the new Ultimate Fighter coaches for the special edition, called “The Ultimate Fighter: Brazil”, will be Vitor “the Phenom” Belfort and Wanderlei “the axe murderer” Silva.

I’m actually super excited to hear these news, since we will finally going to see one of the most epic rematches of all time. If you don’t remember what happened last time that these two guys have met, here’s a quick reminder:

It seems that Wanderlei Silva is also very excited about the fight. On tuesday conference he said something like this: “I knew one day we would face each other again, and the time is here. This is one of the biggest rematches of all MMA and I’m very happy to give this to all of my fans.”

Vitor Belfort didn not show any signs of excitement, and I do get it why. First, he has to face a very dangerous opponent: Anthony Johnson. He said that he has to focus on this fight first, but also that he is very honored about their rematch.

As for my predictions, they will come in time. But for now, I just have to say that I can’t see Wanderlei Silva winning this fight. Belfort has won 6 of his last 7 fights, losing only to the immortal spider- Anderson Silva.
